What is a dead pixel?

I kept in mind one time when I had a client who purchased from me a new Neo laptop. We all knew that the laptop he bought from us was a brand new one and I can attest to that because it was fully sealed and covered. Since my client was so excited, he didn't open and check it for a test instead he toke it away from me like a snatched. As time goes by, he went back to me and decided to ask for replacement. I immediately called a technical support and the sales representative of the product and discussed about his complaint. Unfortunately, one to three dead pixels is not covered for their policy. So, the brand new laptop which he toke and ran it away from me can't be replaced anymore. Lesson learned, take it slowly but surely. Don't be a snatcher. hehehe

Remember that notebook manufacturer have their own policy on how many dead pixels warrants a return and replacement. Neo considers a screen defective only if it has three or more faulty pixels and even Mac PC will do the same policy. The problem is, most people are not aware of this policy before they get their notebook and falsely assume that one dead pixel is good enough to ask for a replacement, but this is generally not the case. Well, LCD screens are the most likely component to contain noticeable flaws in the form of the dead pixels. There are 3.9 million sub-pixels (red, green and blue) on a standard 1280x1024 resolution LCD monitor, and each of these is a transistor. Occasionally these individual transistors responsible for carrying current to a pixel will either short out or remain open resulting in what is called a dead pixel. Road and Web Traffic?

Manila, Philippines is one of the most congested place to travel in terms of traffic. Commuters are everywhere, jeepneys, private vehicles and motorcycles including vendors are on the streets that cause traffic. Mostly jeepney and bus drivers are the kings of the road. They were called kings of the road because of the boundaries they want to meet as their bread and butter for their families. Sweat and blood while driving are sometimes the stake of the drivers' lives. That's life! You have to work inorder to live. The road traffic.

Meanwhile, millions of people nowadays depend on computers. A house without a computer is not a home. Just like an early days, you are not IN if you don't have a television in your home. Computer - it is a what we called the technology of a new period of time. An electronic device that stores, processes, and outputs data at high speeds according to what is instructed by the users. Unlike drivers on the road, the bloggers will just wait or sleep and earn money. It depends on the web traffic. The greater the traffic the bigger the money can get. hmmmp!! not me, Im not a certified blogger. Blogging for me is just for fun. Have a healthy traffic, bloggers!!!

Some thoughts that this number is lucky and some would say this is just a number and it wont affect your living. Whatever it is, its up to you to believe it or not. with or without you!

Kaspersky Anti-virus 2009

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 is a totally new approach to data security. The main feature of the application is restricting the programs' rights to access the system resources. It helps prevent unwanted actions by suspicious and hazardous programs. The application's capabilities in the protection of user's confidential data have been considerably enhanced. The application now includes wizards and tools which substantially facilitate execution of specific computer protection task.

I have been using Kaspersky when my friend introduced me the crack version. It helps me a lot against malware, malicious scripts and viruses to my computer system. The crack version of Kaspersky was just like an epidemic because everybody who owns a PC has a crack version too. Sad to say, the crack version has been blocked by Kaspersky Lab and several days had passed my PC got infected by viruses. The hard drive was formatted.

One day, I presented and downloaded the 30 days trial version of Kaspersky. Formatted programs had been set up and ready to use. Anti-virus had been installed to block all the threats but we've notice after installing the anti-virus, there were times that the system got halted and frozen. Old version of programs will be notified and every program needs to be updated. Thanks to it but it gives another journey to work out to update the old one. If I were you, you have to update all your programs because Kasperky will warn you the detected vulnerabilities found in your PC and its criticality is very dangerous.

Even we've notice there were times the sytem got frozen after installation, I still recommend and suggest the user to buy this product because as far as I have observe, anti-virus is really compact to the system. I will blog this product again the soonest after installation and the observation I spotted.

I hope the new product we bought is like a genuine oil that helps the machine to run smoothly and won't freeze again.

Have you traveled the beautiful spots of our country?

Im talking and reffering to our own country Philippines. I know some of you here have not yet visited the neighboring tourist attractions like Chocolate Hills and Banaue Rice Terrace; white, sandy and powdery beaches like Boracay and Talomo (joke); bridges like San Juanico and Bangkerohan; famous churhes of Quiapo and Cebu. There are plenty of beautiful places to travel to our country. Why most of us are willing to stay and migrate to different places abroad?

Not me, I have not yet travelled around the world or moved out to New York except to one place, Hongkong. I visited that place for free and did not spent even a single centavo from my pocket. Sounds ironic? watch the picture above. Well, to be honest I have a power to travel the most famous and beautiful places around the world and much to take with me a picture of the most famous hollywood stars without spending money at all cost.

How will I do it? That is my power to learn to bring into play the magic of Photoshop. hehehe. I am not an expert though. Im just a novice and willing to learn more. By the way, highway!! for those who can afford to travel around the world, please take me with you. Im begging you. I will do anything for you and serve you as my master and play myself as a slave. hehehe. Come and visit Philippines.

Davao - Cebu at Disneyland, HK

They met these pretty girls inside Disneyland. The girl from the left was crowned as Mutya ng Cebu, followed by the talent manager and next was the 1st Mutya ng Cebu runner-up. They flew from Cebu to support tourism for being the titlists. The three Guys were the beauticians who ran a business under the bridge from somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
