Because of this we can not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations and adjustments to your order cannot be made once it has been placed. The build process for custom products typically takes 7-10 business days while Oakley engineers custom fit and build your order to your exact specifications. Custom bags, backpacks, apparel and apparel accessories take 3-4 weeks to build and deliver.
