The Ultimate Speed Challenge

This was happened on September 26, 2008. Thanks God its Friday! We're roaming around the mall at 5 in the afternoon and eyeing everywhere with the tempting goods inside. Im not planning to buy anything for myself then suddenly it happens to pop-up in my mind about the helmet. Sad to say, my helmet was stolen two weeks had passed. I bought again a new one with the same brand. Im so glad because the helmet I bought was perfectly the same of the stolen one. For the moment, the sales representative explained to me about the promotion they have. The Black and Decker, Ultimate Speed Challenge. If you have purchase a product worth PhP 500 at the Handy Man, you will be playing their game. The fastest person being recorded on that day had a best time of 36.97 seconds driving the eight (8) screws using Black and Decker tool. Its my turn, warming up my hands and my mind on how to drive the tool and screws. As I started nailing the first screw I felt it so easy and confident. I nailed all the eight screws at 35.15 seconds and beat the record holder on that day. I felt so happy because Im the new record holder for the week. I've had won PhP 1,000 of gift certificate from Robinson.
The manager told me that I am qualified for the next game. The final challenge will be on October 11, 2008. How I wish I could join the contest and win bigger prizes of GC. I informed them that I'll be flying for Davao tomorrow and I can't join the final challenge. In spite of everyhing, Im very thankful because I have a new helmet plus a gift certificate of PhP 1,000.

Again, I was here to watch the exhibit in an instant. I did not notice that Intel Atom was having an exhibit at MOA. Intel is one of my favorite company and processor. You may notice my blog named Intel828c. This name of mine derived from my favorite chipset Intel series, the 828 is my day and C is my name. These were the processors I assembled (the Intel Pentium 4 socket 478 and socket 775 Dual Core) together with the computer peripherals.

The scandal began with complaints over milk powder by Sanlu Group Co. -- one of China's best-known and most respected brands. But it quickly became a much larger problem as government tests found that one-fifth of the companies producing baby milk powder had melamine in their products.
Melamine is a toxic industrial chemical that can cause kidney stones and lead to kidney failure. It has no nutritional value but is high in nitrogen, making products with it appear higher in protein. Suppliers trying to cut costs are believed to have added it to watered-down milk to cover up the resulting protein deficiency.

I got jolted about the milky thing and I decided not to buy, eat and drink when it comes to China products. When I was young I love to eat white rabbit especially the "inside" wrapper that melts in your tongue. If that scandal was not testified by the press, I would still consider eating that candy. It was reported earlier that even White Rabbit candy has a melamine that could trigger your kidney to fail.

The animal has a thick, coarse outer coat and a woolly undercoat and is gray or black and white in color. It has a broad, moderately rounded skull; a large muzzle; dark, almond-shaped eyes; medium-sized ears, the upper halves of which are triangular; a deep chest; powerful legs; and a bushy tail carried high.
I met Max (Alaskan Malamute) outside MOA, he is well trained and friendly dog. Everybody loves Max especially when it comes to picture taking. There were some got afraid to Max. Just dont be because Max is an intelligent dog. He will bite you a kilo of meat if his master will tell Max to bite you. hehehe. He knows how to hide himself if someone would like to take a picture, some kind of snubbish dog. If Max could speak he would surely say, "Get off me you ass-kal, we're different". lolz

This breathtaking place is located in New Corella, Davao Del Norte. An hour ride from Tagum City by motorclycle or one and half hour ride by means of public utility vehicle. The place is cool and the ambiance is perfectly amazing likewise the falls. The place is known as Panas Falls.

DELL on Windows Vista

I had a hard time of eliminating the problems of this laptop since im just starting out to windows Vista. Dell has its own way on how to troubleshoot and configure the system. This was my first time to tap Dell and the Vista system. Honestly, I found it so hard. I formatted and reinstalled the system twice. My first installation ran smoothly and some programs were working properly except to the DVD player. I can hardly solved the problem on DVD. I installed all the drivers and utilities but the problem was still the same. I remembered what my cousin told me about Dell that inculcated me from her ideas about it. She said, Dell sucks!! I almost to quit the problem. As I said to myself, "there's no harm in trying". So I tried for the second time around until I resolved the problem. What I did, read the manual and followed the instructions. All programs were well configured likewise the internet connection and partitions of two drives. I like this laptop of my sister but I have a strong distaste of Windows Vista for now. Vista Sucks!!

Changing The Hair Color

Before

Changing the hair color by Photoshop CS. Set the foreground to white and the background to black. Duplicate the layer. Then, click Image > Adjust > Hue/Saturation. After that, click "Colorize" and adjust or drag the pointer to the desired color you like . I chose: Hue=16, Saturation=61 and Lightness=7. After changing the color, click Layer > Add Layer Mask > Hide All. Next, click Brush Tool. Set opacity to 50% then start changing the hair color by dragging the "brush tool" on the top of the hair. Got it or confused! Hmmm. Got confused too but have patience. Hope you've learned from my little knowledge.
