My Favorite Icon

This is a tiny icon that I made. I want to put and add this icon on my blogspot URL but I don't know where to put and add any code on blogspot "edit html". This icon is called a "favicon". Favicon can be seen before the URL as a little picture or logo of your blog or website. Anyone knows how to put this favicon? I think no one knows where and how to put this favicon on blogspot URL. hehehe. Well, if you know how to crawl it, teach me how. :) I haven't seen where to place it on at "edit html". Even If I put this image to a hosting site still it won't work because the ".ico" extension is not supported. (Hahay! kapoy oi.) Im tired of this stuff. But anyway, I will let you know If someone will share his idea of putting this stuff. If I can make this, I will show you how.

Sony Vegas Studio 9 and uLead Studio 8

Sony Vegas Studio 9 is the video editing software that I want to learn and explore it more. This software is quite complicated. As what I've said I need more time to learn this. I found this software very interesting. There are lots of plug-ins and usage especially the media effects. Im sure you like to buy this If you want to compile and record the events of your life.

Actually I don't have an idea with these stuffs until one day a friend of mine asked a help from me about video editing. What I did, I went to my other friends and bought a software from him. Although, ulead 8 is an old version software. This was my first movie editing software. I learned a little about it and found it interesting. You can visit some of my videos on Youtube. Some were made using MovieMaker and most were from uLead Studio 8. Click these some of my vids, skaterboy, Celine Dion and Bee Gees and more. If you know a liitle about photoshop I would surely say that uLead would be easy for you to learn as long as you have patience and determination. To indulge you more, If you know how to explore the user friendly XP, uLead is a perfect match for you to learn and explore too.

Binary Digit - 0 and 1

Bit -- abbreviation for binary digit, the smallest unit of information in a computer. A bit is represented by the numbers 1 and 0, which correspond to the states on and off, true and false, or yes and no.

I know a little about HTML. I learned this from the company where I worked before as an OJT. Those were the basic knowledge which they taught me of creating a simple website. I love to explore and study about programming languages that time, the reason why for not pursuing it because I dont have my own PC until now. This is really amazing. I wish could use and have this newest cellphone ever by Google in the near future. Im sure this is more prettier and convenient compare to other branded and expensive cellphones.

Tomorrow, Davao City is one of the busiest places to visit because of the annual celebration of All Saints' Day. I would say that All Saints' Day is an exciting but a crowded day to roam around because all people will see and bump each other in one big place, the crowded cemetery.

Hide and Seek

When we were young, our playmates and friends in our community, group ourselves together. We frequently played hide and seek in the evening. One of our friends was the seeker at that time and all of us were hiding everywhere. Suddenly, the seeker that was my friend terribly ran away when he saw something at the back of the tree laughing at him like a face of a monkey. Pacquiao vs Marquez unfinished business is the most viewed video I made. Guess what! The most controversial funny video was....tidididit-tidit....(thunders are roaring, lizards are clapping their hands and feet, drums are rolling and you...are laughing now) Davao City Scandal (Sabunutan sa Opisina), garnering contentious text comments of ninety-six (96). Hey! This is just a funny video and not a scandal. Anyone would like to laugh on this video has the right to comment. hehehe. Last night on October 24, 2008 I received an email coming from a Toyota Company - Tokyo, Japan. I read the content of the email and it was quite convincing. The email states that I won U$ 500,000.00 plus a car. To claim the prize, you must give all your personal information and to follow the credit card number. Im pretty sure this is another SCAM. I received the same kind of email before about winning a lotto of million dollars. Not now! This bogus email can't give me an overwhelming sensation. I feel numb! I better bet my money of picking random numbers from Philippine power lotto. hehehe

What is a night crawler?

Night crawler -- a large earthworm found on the surface of the ground at night, often used as bait in fishing. I've heard from a friend of mine calling somebody a night crawler. I don't know who was that person he was referring to. As I've had understand, he is reffering to someone like a nocturnal. To shorten it, a bitch!

Early bird catches the early worm

I woke up late, took a bath and fixed myself for a new beginning. What is that new beginning all about. Well, I don't know either. lolz. I opened the window and took a deep breath on the north face side where I stode up and gasped the fresh air. The starving dog barked at me and asked for food while im ignoring his presence. Again, I made a cup of coffee and sipped it while Im staring at the nimbus clouds and thinking what to do next. I felt the ambiance outside and looks like it will rain soon . I stretched my body by force and yawned until I found out that I need to sleep again. That's all for now. Im so sleepy. Back to my bed and hug my pillows. Opps, Im late for work now! Got to be early next time. Promise!

I am reading the blog of Donna and it is somewhat funny because of the content of what she has written. An image of a car which is so nice and cool. It looks like a beetle to me, I found it so cute to ride. As I read the blog, it tells about the life that she has now, the present life of her that I thought it was all about the vehicle. lolz. I made funny comments to her shoutbox that describes about the changing gear. I posted and it goes something about the gear that refers about the life. My messages of her shoutbox said: You have to be in the "Primera (1) to speed-up the life to Segunda (2) and to reach the Tresera (3) inorder to have KWARTA (Money or 4) and once you have KWARTA you need to change it to Quinta (5) but never stay always to Sixta and sometimes go back to Neutral and always lookback to Atras (backward). lolz. Sounds crazy but that is what we call the gear of life. You have to lookback the good and bad things you have made. Celine Dion and Bee Gees - Immortality

Youtube is one of my favorite sites when it comes to uploading videos. I learned to cut, trim, and make an amateur vid because of youtube. Six (6) months had passed the last time I uploaded a vid from youtube. This is the newest upload I have made. Celine Dion and Bee Gees Live in Australia. The "Immortality". Alternative rock is my genre but I appreciate an artists like Celine and Bee Gees. I like their song here especially the melody and their blending. On the other hand, The beginning of 2003 brought the unbelievable to us. On January 12, 2003, our beloved Mo passed on after a short illness resulting from a twisted intestine. There aren’t enough words to describe the heartbreak, nor the words to describe what a wonderful, kind, courageous, intelligent, witty, caring, generous, talented, loving man he was. To Sir Maurice, may you Rest In Peace.

My Dream Car

I know everyone of us love to have cars especially men. One of my dream cars is Ferrari. Wetiwew! Ferrari is one of the most expensive cars in the world with the daredevil speed of 200+ miles an hour. I was in HK when I took a stolen shot of this amazing car. How I wish I could drive the speed of this car even in my dreams. hehehe

The Ultimate Speed Challenge

This was happened on September 26, 2008. Thanks God its Friday! We're roaming around the mall at 5 in the afternoon and eyeing everywhere with the tempting goods inside. Im not planning to buy anything for myself then suddenly it happens to pop-up in my mind about the helmet. Sad to say, my helmet was stolen two weeks had passed. I bought again a new one with the same brand. Im so glad because the helmet I bought was perfectly the same of the stolen one. For the moment, the sales representative explained to me about the promotion they have. The Black and Decker, Ultimate Speed Challenge. If you have purchase a product worth PhP 500 at the Handy Man, you will be playing their game. The fastest person being recorded on that day had a best time of 36.97 seconds driving the eight (8) screws using Black and Decker tool. Its my turn, warming up my hands and my mind on how to drive the tool and screws. As I started nailing the first screw I felt it so easy and confident. I nailed all the eight screws at 35.15 seconds and beat the record holder on that day. I felt so happy because Im the new record holder for the week. I've had won PhP 1,000 of gift certificate from Robinson.
The manager told me that I am qualified for the next game. The final challenge will be on October 11, 2008. How I wish I could join the contest and win bigger prizes of GC. I informed them that I'll be flying for Davao tomorrow and I can't join the final challenge. In spite of everyhing, Im very thankful because I have a new helmet plus a gift certificate of PhP 1,000.

I got jolted about the milky thing and I decided not to buy, eat and drink when it comes to China products. When I was young I love to eat white rabbit especially the "inside" wrapper that melts in your tongue. If that scandal was not testified by the press, I would still consider eating that candy. It was reported earlier that even White Rabbit candy has a melamine that could trigger your kidney to fail.

I met Max (Alaskan Malamute) outside MOA, he is well trained and friendly dog. Everybody loves Max especially when it comes to picture taking. There were some got afraid to Max. Just dont be because Max is an intelligent dog. He will bite you a kilo of meat if his master will tell Max to bite you. hehehe. He knows how to hide himself if someone would like to take a picture, some kind of snubbish dog. If Max could speak he would surely say, "Get off me you ass-kal, we're different". lolz

DELL on Windows Vista

I had a hard time of eliminating the problems of this laptop since im just starting out to windows Vista. Dell has its own way on how to troubleshoot and configure the system. This was my first time to tap Dell and the Vista system. Honestly, I found it so hard. I formatted and reinstalled the system twice. My first installation ran smoothly and some programs were working properly except to the DVD player. I can hardly solved the problem on DVD. I installed all the drivers and utilities but the problem was still the same. I remembered what my cousin told me about Dell that inculcated me from her ideas about it. She said, Dell sucks!! I almost to quit the problem. As I said to myself, "there's no harm in trying". So I tried for the second time around until I resolved the problem. What I did, read the manual and followed the instructions. All programs were well configured likewise the internet connection and partitions of two drives. I like this laptop of my sister but I have a strong distaste of Windows Vista for now. Vista Sucks!!

Changing The Hair Color

Changing the hair color by Photoshop CS. Set the foreground to white and the background to black. Duplicate the layer. Then, click Image > Adjust > Hue/Saturation. After that, click "Colorize" and adjust or drag the pointer to the desired color you like . I chose: Hue=16, Saturation=61 and Lightness=7. After changing the color, click Layer > Add Layer Mask > Hide All. Next, click Brush Tool. Set opacity to 50% then start changing the hair color by dragging the "brush tool" on the top of the hair. Got it or confused! Hmmm. Got confused too but have patience. Hope you've learned from my little knowledge.

My First Time In SF, Cal., USA

I felt so happy that day when I landed the over looking place background of Golden Gate Bridge in SF, Cal.. My day was brilliant and full of joy and excitement. I can't figure it out the feelings I had on that day. I missed everyone and I wanted them to be with me on that wonderful place. I saw nothing except myself and my photographer. The place was so cool likewise the ambiance. Im so excited then and I want to leap eagerly to travel to Orlando, FL to visit my sister and her hubby, likewise my relatives in Vegas. Huhh! After seconds of reminiscing, my mind got interrupted. I was aroused from daze of that damn dog of ours. Sheyyt! I was just dreaming. I thought I was there. What I did after, I rubbed my eyes and looked on the four corners. I saw nothing sparkling spots of bridge except the life size poster of Brad Pitt este Angelina Jolie. Bwahahaha Bruha! (witch!)

Because of that dreamt I had, I was able to enhanced the portrait of myself and the Golden Gate Bridge. I put them together to become tangible to the eyes of the beholder. hehehe. What a dream!

I've Got Mail from GOOGLE Adsense

Its been 3 months now and a long journey of writing blogs about anything under the sun has reaped-off. The sleepless night I've wasted and the extra effort I've made turned into gold. Hehehe. Trip lang, wlay mabuhat og wlay mahuna-hunaan. hehehe. This was the foot of my friend during our trip to Hong Kong. Won't you believed? hehehe. That's true. Even he's wearing slippers going to HK but he looked like what he was there. Confused? To give you an idea who he was on this pic, I will give you a hint. He looks like the famous actor in Hollywood. The toughest guy in Asia and the most prominent person in the Philippines. Who he was? Hmmm. He was the Shrek in our group tour. That's not a joke but he loves to be called a Shrek. Pacquiao’s enviable career record of 45 wins, 3 losses and 2 draws has also been highlighted with 35 knockout victories. Pacquiao fighting De La Hoya on December 06, 2008 at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV would put plenty of asses in the seats and make everyone involved a great deal of money, which is why you shouldn't be surprised this year to see the Filipino taking on the big boys.

About politics. Pacman is a noble guy. He wants to help the Filipino people and to unite each and everyone, the pros and the antis. The question is, How will Pacman be doing in congress if he wins this 2010 election? What Pacman does not know is that he is being lured by politicians.

Majority will say that he must not enter into politics and better focus on his boxing career. There are plenty of things on how to help people. We know he is rich. He can help if he wanted to but not getting involve to politics. Politics is a big mess for him because he doesn't have enough experience. Pacquiao is one of the most famous persons in the Philippines and many politicians will lure him. Maybe Pacman made a promise to some of his friends in politics, that is one factor that he can't say no to them but to ruN, rUN, RUN!!

Rendering Using Lens Flare

This is just a sample creation using Photoshop CS. Im not quite good of this stuff but im learning thru other's shared knowledge online. Sorry, I don't have a software/hardware for you to demo of what I made. I'll just write and its up to you to follow if you have patience. First, you have to open and set your desired width and length. 800x600 was the size I chose. The background was set to black. Then, I add a new layer which was also black. I added again a layer for the orange ball. I picked a tool which was the "ellipse tool" and form it into circle. Next, right click the "orange" layer and select blending option. Then find the layer style for the "gradient overlay" for you to select the position and desire angle. In the "gradient overlay", choose the "radial" and set it to 90 degrees. Its for you to choose your desired angle.

The second one is how to make the "Nagpractice pa intawon", english meaning "im still practicing". lolz. Well, click the "Horizontal type tool" and type your name or whatever you like to type. Then, set what color you like or by following the image, set the color to white since the background was black. To change the color simply click the "foreground color" and choose the color you like. Next, add another layer and click the "elliptical marquee tool" and put it over at the font you type. Then fill the ellipse with the color black by picking the "paint bucket tool" and set the "opacity" to 50 percent. Next, right click the name like "Nagpractice pa intawon" and duplicate the layer. If you made it, go to "Edit" at the right uppermost and find the "transform path" and click the "flip canvass vertical" and pull down the font by dragging it downward. Next, right click the "duplicate layer" Nagpractice pa intawon" and go to "gradient overlay" and change the inverted font by putting the marker/cursor above the font. Try to drag it downward or upward and you'll see the difference. Next is how to have a "lens flare". Go to "Filter" at the right uppermost, "Render" then "Lens Flare". Try to explore by experimenting the lens flare. Huhh!! Confused! Me too. lolz. I hope you've learned some from me. :-)

One IP address with two different locations?

IP Addresses:
In order for systems to locate each other in a distributed environment, nodes are given explicit addresses that uniquely identify the particular network the system is on and uniquely identify the system to that particular network. When these two identifiers are combined, the result is a globally-unique address.

This afternoon, I've visited Tagum City, checked my email and likewise my blog account. My blog is embeded with an IP locator where viewers of my homepage will identify their location. Geovisite identified my IP as 210.213.138.187 located somewhere in Tagum. Geovisite is a site that traces IP address and location of the user. Since I was in Tagum that day, im pretty sure that my IP location will be in Tagum too but I was confused because the location of my IP was in Baguio City. I don't know why the IP location was change from Tagum to Baguio. Again, I Google IP tracer and I found different sites for IP's. I've chose this site http://www.ip-adress.com/ipaddresstolocation/ to trace the IP 210.213.138.187 and this was the result.

The result of the above image was the IP address and location, located in Cebu where I traced using the above URL. Huhh! So confusing, (makalilibog). lolz. I opened another account to trace again that IP address using another site. I used my Statcounter similar to Geovisite. Statcounter will do the same as what Geovisite does, it can trace IP, location and link referrals. In addition to that it can identify what OS and browser you are using. Here is the result of the IP 210.213.138.187, located in Benguet somewhere or near Baguio City.

Note: I did not edit the IP address. Does anyone can explain why the IP adress change to different locations? If this is so, some sites are not reliable for tracing an IP add. It could be a dummy or trick.

These are cool software. I haven't tried the Roxio but the CD is with me now. This CD was bundled on the newly arrived Dell Inspiron Intel Core 2 Duo laptop of my sister. I'll install and try it later. Ulead is the video editing software that im using now but that was the old one. I have made 15 cool videos from it and posted it at Youtube. hehehe. The edited videos I made was not quite good but it keep the memories alive.

Apple iPhone 3G will last only for 3 more hours

During their concert in Davao City way back 1992, Im one of the hundreds who likes to sing their songs. Ummm, What made the "fruitcake" taste so bad? huh! I like the song "Fruitcake" but I guess I'll stop eating from now on. It might be collapsed myself from eating a cake or singing the "Fruitcake" song. I thought fruitcake is for everybody. lolz. What is Lorem Ipsum?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Where does it come from?
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.

Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

when I've read about the latin word Lorem Ipsum, the first thing came out from my mind was all about the magic, the vodoo dolls, a witchcraft and many other bad elements. Sorry to tell you but that was how I interpreted the words. lol. I first saw and read this words when I opened an account for blogging mostly in Blogger.com and Wordpress.org. When I chose a templates for my blog, there were some Lorem Ipsum I found especially on a blogspot templates. Now, I know what Lorem Ipsum is. What is Lorem Ipsum again? lol

What is a dead pixel?

I kept in mind one time when I had a client who purchased from me a new Neo laptop. We all knew that the laptop he bought from us was a brand new one and I can attest to that because it was fully sealed and covered. Since my client was so excited, he didn't open and check it for a test instead he toke it away from me like a snatched. As time goes by, he went back to me and decided to ask for replacement. I immediately called a technical support and the sales representative of the product and discussed about his complaint. Unfortunately, one to three dead pixels is not covered for their policy. So, the brand new laptop which he toke and ran it away from me can't be replaced anymore. Lesson learned, take it slowly but surely. Don't be a snatcher. hehehe

Remember that notebook manufacturer have their own policy on how many dead pixels warrants a return and replacement. Neo considers a screen defective only if it has three or more faulty pixels and even Mac PC will do the same policy. The problem is, most people are not aware of this policy before they get their notebook and falsely assume that one dead pixel is good enough to ask for a replacement, but this is generally not the case. Well, LCD screens are the most likely component to contain noticeable flaws in the form of the dead pixels. There are 3.9 million sub-pixels (red, green and blue) on a standard 1280x1024 resolution LCD monitor, and each of these is a transistor. Occasionally these individual transistors responsible for carrying current to a pixel will either short out or remain open resulting in what is called a dead pixel. Manila, Philippines is one of the most congested place to travel in terms of traffic. Commuters are everywhere, jeepneys, private vehicles and motorcycles including vendors are on the streets that cause traffic. Mostly jeepney and bus drivers are the kings of the road. They were called kings of the road because of the boundaries they want to meet as their bread and butter for their families. Sweat and blood while driving are sometimes the stake of the drivers' lives. That's life! You have to work inorder to live. The road traffic.

Meanwhile, millions of people nowadays depend on computers. A house without a computer is not a home. Just like an early days, you are not IN if you don't have a television in your home. Computer - it is a what we called the technology of a new period of time. An electronic device that stores, processes, and outputs data at high speeds according to what is instructed by the users. Unlike drivers on the road, the bloggers will just wait or sleep and earn money. It depends on the web traffic. The greater the traffic the bigger the money can get. hmmmp!! not me, Im not a certified blogger. Blogging for me is just for fun. Have a healthy traffic, bloggers!!!

Kaspersky Anti-virus 2009

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 is a totally new approach to data security. The main feature of the application is restricting the programs' rights to access the system resources. I have been using Kaspersky when my friend introduced me the crack version. It helps me a lot against malware, malicious scripts and viruses to my computer system. The crack version of Kaspersky was just like an epidemic because everybody who owns a PC has a crack version too. Sad to say, the crack version has been blocked by Kaspersky Lab and several days had passed my PC got infected by viruses. The hard drive was formatted.

One day, I presented and downloaded the 30 days trial version of Kaspersky. Formatted programs had been set up and ready to use. Anti-virus had been installed to block all the threats but we've notice after installing the anti-virus, there were times that the system got halted and frozen. Old version of programs will be notified and every program needs to be updated. Thanks to it but it gives another journey to work out to update the old one. If I were you, you have to update all your programs because Kasperky will warn you the detected vulnerabilities found in your PC and its criticality is very dangerous.

Even we've notice there were times the sytem got frozen after installation, I still recommend and suggest the user to buy this product because as far as I have observe, anti-virus is really compact to the system. I will blog this product again the soonest after installation and the observation I spotted.

Have you traveled the beautiful spots of our country?

Im talking and reffering to our own country Philippines. I know some of you here have not yet visited the neighboring tourist attractions like Chocolate Hills and Banaue Rice Terrace; white, sandy and powdery beaches like Boracay and Talomo (joke); bridges like San Juanico and Bangkerohan; famous churhes of Quiapo and Cebu. There are plenty of beautiful places to travel to our country. Why most of us are willing to stay and migrate to different places abroad?

Not me, I have not yet travelled around the world or moved out to New York except to one place, Hongkong. I visited that place for free and did not spent even a single centavo from my pocket. Sounds ironic? watch the picture above. Well, to be honest I have a power to travel the most famous and beautiful places around the world and much to take with me a picture of the most famous hollywood stars without spending money at all cost.

How will I do it? That is my power to learn to bring into play the magic of Photoshop. hehehe. I am not an expert though. Im just a novice and willing to learn more. By the way, highway!! for those who can afford to travel around the world, please take me with you. Im begging you.
